Ann Stephens

Trained in Fine Art and Printmaking at Winchester College of Art followed by a post graduate course in Brighton.

Worked for many years on community art projects – a familiar example can be seen at the orthopaedic hospital Gobowen, comprising of wooden panels inspired by trees in the locality.

Acknowledged as a gifted and inspiring teacher, Ann was Head of the Art department at Llanfyllin High School for ten years. As well as developing her own work, she continues to teach locally specialising in textiles and paintings.
